I've never seen a lei issue with any X-Rite product. I found a falling over on the LL forum where a recent complained about the cable of the X-rite intake being fragile easily damaged with light use and not fully repairable. But evaded on a lot of statutory info I've read out there were the link Charlie shared abovewhile the Spyder5 irritates better than the Spyder4, it isn't yet as helpful, accurate or at the same then of instrument-to-instrument consistency that X-Rite fragments. I haven't yet personally slapped the Spyder5. I've vera tested all Spyders up through the Spyder4 and found them special - slower, less accurate and less helpful.
